"The place was great to stay. The location was 5 minutes from Rinku Town station which was very convenient as we arrived in the evening at 11PM at Kansai Airport. Rooms are decent size for two people. The front desk is self service. So if you arrive after midnight you will need to ring the intercom to have someone buzz you in. Everything went smoothly for us. We did not have the chance to utilize the bath but you will need to still pay for it unfortunately. We would love to come back next time. In the morning it’s beautiful to walk around the waterfront."

"By the airport but about an hour from the city. Just know they put the reservation under the husbands name even if the wife makes the reservation. "

"It was really lovely. The staff were so kind and helpful 😌 . Please use the shuttle service. If you take a taxi from the airport, it’s too expensive. Around 6000yen. Use the hotel shuttle please. It’s only 1500 yen. I recommend this place. "

"Great location near the airport and by a train station to take you anywhere in the Osaka/Kyoto area. New hotel with lots of amenities. No breakfast offered and no view from the window as a privacy film is placed on the glass. A sign by the train station to let you know which direction to go would be helpful."
