"From the moment we arrived we instantly felt relaxed.Jane is such a great host, the bach was spotlessly clean, we found little treats and extras in the kitchen, lovely fresh fruit bowl and home made biscuits. It was so welcoming. Jane gave us lots of information about local trips. and places to see. We loved all the native birds around the property with a beautiful dawn chorus of bellbirds. "Great stay! Very charming cottage feeling. Limited dinning option being off shoulder season but the pub in town was open and had great options! Supplied shovels and beach towel during stay for hot water beach at no additional charge which was great. Would highly recommend and would stay again!"

"The cottage was beautiful with so much character, books and games, and lovely options for outdoor chill areas. We spent about half our trip relaxing at the cottage as it was so homey and welcoming. Shane was inviting and as a travel magazine author had great recommendations for the very quiet town. 10/10 hope to be back."

The ladder fell and almost hit one of the kids who was sleeping in the double bed. Because it’s a sleep out, all of the beds should be a series of bunk beds instead of the two double and queen beds. "We knew it was likely to be rainy weather, which it was. This house was the perfect perch to watch the storms and rainbows over the bay and surrounding hills. It was well equipped with games that kept us amused learning new ones, and we enjoyed cooking dinners and breakfasts together in the also well equipped kitchen.
