"Fantastic location—easy walking distance to Petronas Towers, convention Ctr and the Aquarium. Hop on Hop off bus stop around the corner. Unit was clean, spacious and had all we needed. "

"The ac and fan not working when we arrived. the wall was dirty. they left a dead plant in the apartment. one of the cushions was busted. the closet door only opened halfway - badly designed. tge freezer stink with durian odor left by previous tenant. I would not recommend this poorly-maintained apartment to anyone. "

"All staff and guards are well mannered. Fast replies, attend to customers need. Well-done!!! If possible, perhaps can get a new sofa set. Do not refund them if there are water stains and all.. cleanliness need improvements. Overall i am happy."

"I recently stayed at this property for four nights, and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. While the location is nice, and the property itself has a lot of potential, the experience was disappointing due to a lack of basic services and communication issues. Firstly, there was no housekeeping at all during my entire stay, which was frustrating and left the room feeling neglected. "In terms of clearness and condition of the apartment was quite bad. It is not old and it would be great if the owner put more effort on maintain the place better. In regards the check-in was even worse as we never received an email informing the procedure and we have to wait for over an hour when we arrived to the place to see who can help us. There was no reception or a proper person to ask about it."
