"Very basic property - no lamps, no main light shade, hard mattress, and the shower took a good few minutes to warm up before flooding the bathroom. We had to ask for a kettle and hairdryer and one of the plug sockets came loose, which was clearly unsafe. When we moved the bed away to check for things we might have dropped at the end of the stay we found little snail things nesting. Gross.
