"It was a quite place except for the walls that are so thin. You can here people snoring in the other room. Keep the ac fan going to muffled the noise from the outside. I wish they have a curtains for the window because with the light outside, it was too bright for us. Otherwise, the room and bathroom is nice and clean. The shower is like in the cruise shower. Tiny. But the bathroom itself has a good space. The room is spacious and i really appreciate the extension outlet that they installed...

"I just love it here. I stay in hotels a lot. I do most of my work in my room and it’s so nice to finally have secure WiFi. It’s great to be able to do laundry and to stock a regular sized fridge. Knowing a couple is hosting is comforting to me. I’m sure there are other women and seniors traveling alone who feel the same plus staying in a guest house means help is close by, if needed. "Winter storm came through and iced the roads so we were unable to make it to our scheduled stay. The host was extremely gracious and granted us a full refund. We hope to actually make it up there sometime soon and will absolutely be staying at one of your properties!! Thank you!!"

"Wonderful place to stay away from the Dallas traffic, but close to amenities, restaurants of north Dallas area. 10 minute drive into Frisco. The house itself is beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable sitting areas and sleeping quarters. Kitchen has everything you need, and host left complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates. "We were local folks looking for a little break. The place is small (as advertised) - two bedrooms, one bathroom a mini fridge/microwave - no formal kitchen. Unfortunately, we got in, walked around and were hit by a really strong smell of cigarette odor. We've got some family allergies and chose not to stay."

"This Hotel is absolutely gorgeous!! You go to the 4th floor to ck in- the views up there are just amazing and beautiful!! We ate wings that night since we got there about 730 pm and ate in their Bar/Grill/Restaurant- oh my gosh the wings- boneless - were soo good!! The people that took care of us in there at where we ate were so nice and friendly!! The lady that checked us in that night was just so nice and sweet- she is certainly an Asset to The Elm as are the people that waited on us to eat!! One thing everyone needs to see in that restaurant is THE HUGE OAK TREE TABLE THAT IS BEAUTIFUL!! I HAVE NEVER SEEN ONE THIS BIG EVER!!! STAYING AT THE ELM - WE HAD A KING JR SUITE WHICH WE REALLY ENJOYED!! EVERYTHING IN THIS HOTEL IS WORTH STAYING HERE FOR SURE!!! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED AT ALL!!! LOVED THIS PLACE-- WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE ANYTIME- I TOLD MY FRIENDS IN LITTLE ELM ABOUT HOW GOOD THE FOOD WAS AND THE ROOMS- SHE AND HER SISTERS ARE GOING TO GO EAT THERE WHEN THEY COME IN TIME NEXT TIME!!!"

"This property was great! It was easy to access and park, checkin was quick and flawless, the property was clean and well maintained. I also really liked the room. It was spacious and well laid out, with plenty of room to sit and work. My only regret is that my schedule only allowed me to be there for a few hours to sleep and then I had to move on to my next event. This was a room I would have loved to set up in for a few days to work. I will be back for future works trips."

"Very clean, nice and new, central air conditioner along with a typical window unit (not a bad thing). Had a couch, tables, chairs, 2 beds, and a closet that was double sided so you could load it up from walking in, and also grab your clothes from the bathroom."
