Gave instructions on beating Munich traffic and was just All around an informative and helpful person. I’d recommend this hotel based on our experience with him and the other members of the staff."

"We picked this hotel because of the location and never expected this hotel to charm us!! The hotel was absolutely perfect in every way possible. The location could not have been better, the hotel was recently refurbished and it was so beautiful and welcoming. The rooms and common areas were spotless, the breakfast was terrific. The eggs, cheese, pastries, etc... all come from local farmers and bakers. The bar at night on the top floor turned out to be the best bar in Innsbruck and we agree!! The staff were so helpful and kind as well. We plan to return to Innsbruck just to stay here again. For a fun experience, get a patio room. They are roomy and you have your own private oasis. Don't miss this gem!!"
