"One of our rooms was not made although I verbally asked the cleaning staff and put the “please make my room” card on the door knob. No fresh towels were supplied although I asked for them. It was disappointing. Perhaps, the cleaning staff thought the room was a bit too dirty and didn’t want to bother? I was not happy about it. Otherwise, the front staff are friendly and kind, and the hotel is very conveniently located and has a nice atmosphere. "
