"We had a very nice stay at this astonishing "cottage". It was very calm at night and the little house has all inside you need. Outside is a large table with comfortable chairs. Nice details all around. To the beach it's a 4€-ride by taxi."

"We stayed at Marianna Cottage for 5 nights in July 2018. We are Greeks living abroad and wanted a place that felt like being on holiday but still close enough to athens to see friends and family. Marianna Cottage was just amazing! Iosif and his father were excellent and responsive hosts! The cottage is basically two separate houses, a two bedroom upstairs and a one bedroom downstairs, each with its own bathroom and kitchen and self-contained. "What a lovely place! Used the shuttle service- was a bit expensive but worth it! Easy and safe, we felt taken care of. We got in early enough for dinner, which had a fee, but was also worth it, and delicious. Breakfest was light and perfect start to the day. We stayed one night, also they had cats and a dog on property, made it so cozy. "

"The staff at the hotel is excellent. They are helpful and very pleasant. From the front desk to the restaurant to the cleaning staff. Wonderful. The view from the restaurant is amazing. Breakfast had a lot of choices and dinner was first class. I highly recommend the Athens Gate Hotel."
