"The location is great as it is within walking distance to everything you need to do around the city centre. The spot is very clean although the keys didnt work upon checking in the property. We had to call for a code to enter the apartment. The place is clean, nothing too fancy or large. Just sufficient for a two day stay I felt. The instructions were great along the way. "

"The apartment is easy to find from the main Praterstern train station. Inside, it is well lit and warm (centralised heating) although sometimes I felt it is too warm. All cooking utensils are available and generally the rooms are of good size and furnishing. Shower is great too. 5 stars experience. The only slight difficulty was the check in process where you need WiFi to get your entry code and your check in code. It would be good if communication is more in English than Austrian/German. "Cannot recommend enough. Check in/ out was a breeze and the staff were extremely helpful. The location is perfect to walk anywhere in the city and near public transport. I would book this apartment for a week just to stay inside it all week, it is that good!!! Great place for a group of people. "

"Ideal for business stay. But lacks a microwave and iron8 g facilities. The second is important but the first is almost essential for business travel. Everyth8ng else is very good and features are of a good quality. This is my third or fourth stay so it suggests I rate it highly. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Steiner Residences. We are traveling with a 1-year old baby and it was perfect for us. The unit is clean, spacious, airy and the kitchen well appointed. WiFi is excellent, check-in is easy. Location is fantastic with tram lines and Spar grocery 1-minute walk away. The only let down was about check-out which is at 10am. We asked if by courtesy they would let us leave at noon. The response was positive but at a fee of 20 euros. We were a bit turned off by this response...

"Location was great and the apartment was very nice. The replacement of the wall air conditioning with a mobile unit in the lounge room was not ideal but it was mostly cool enough. Host was responsive in dealing with issues and you have the option to pay 20 euro for a 12pm late checkout which was convenient (subject to availability but it worked for us)."

"The apartment is located right next to the train station. So it was really easy to travel. There is no housekeeping so new towels are to be requested. There is basic cutlery and dishwasher for simple meal. Laundry is available at the basement (needs to be paid). The place was spacious and everything was good. The bed curtains had dust but it was ok since I didn't use them. "
