"I generally pick hotels almost exclusively on location as I did with this one. It was on a quiet walking street near all the tourist sites in Zagreb. it was so nice to be able to walk everywhere, and yet if I want to take a break, my hotel is right near everything.."

"This property was very convenient to be able to walk and see the historic parts of Zagreb. The room was enormous and all conveniences were provided, including hairdryer shampoo, etc. there was lots of place to store things and a handy bathrobe to keep me warm. They had a very nice breakfast buffet with lots of fruit."

"What was unique about this was me and my wife were about 3 minutes late to the breakfast area, the hours were like around 8am to 10 am. Although we were a bit late there was a guy there who looked Indian , and he was very nice to us and had let us finish our breakfast in peace and even told us not to forget to have something to drink before we left. I feel like this was very excellent customer service. I give this hotel an overall 10/10 ⭐️ and I recommend it as it has great service all around"
