"Dora at check in was great (also she responded to my email query prior to arrival) Breakfast was better than anticipated. Hotel has an unassuming exterior but inside was very modern. Only issue we had was the room's bathtub was extremely high and difficult for seniors to get in and out of. The bathroom was luxurious and high-end fittings but a shower would have been so much easier and safer for us. Access from airport was easy. Would recommend if you are arriving late into Zagreb and don't want to venture downtown late."
