"Upon arrival Peter advised us that the jacuzzi bath in the apartment was not working. We were very disappointed but our opinion soon changed when he told us he had booked out another apartment with hot tub for that night, out of his own pocket. "The Sky hotel in Krakow, is very close to the main train station & Galleria mall. It’s a beautiful building. Hotel reception staff were really friendly. Our luggage was taken to our room later in the day. We had breakfast which had plenty of choice. "Fantastic hotel and and we couldnt have asked for anything more. Great location, just around the corner from Grzegórzki train station (one stop on from the main station) and about 3 minutes walk from the main square, with plenty to see on the way. "Fantastic place to stay. Lovely room with hot tub and a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. Comfy bed. Lovely view. Absolutely fantastic breakfast. The only thing that could do with improvement was the shower was too small for the big machine in there that gives you options of where the water comes out. A conventional single shower head would suit the shower much better as it would give you much more room! Other than that, absolutely perfect 10/10"

Super Service

"The standard of service at the Metropolitan Boutique Hotel was second to none. Well placed for both the Jewish Quarter and Old Town we had a super stay and thoroughly enjoyed Krakow. Train from the airport to Grzegorzki Station costs PL20 (payable on platform or on train) and steps from the platform lead more or less to the front door of the hotel (we didn’t experience any noise from the tailor tram line during our stay). The same station takes you directly to the Salt Mines and Oswiecim for Aushchwitz The ease of chess allowed us to book tickets directly with both and save €’s Fab Fusion Restaurant provided a superb breakfast and also happy hour 4-6pm every day and has a super quality menu. Rooms were big, clean and warm. Housekeeping superb and thorough and the hotel provide super complimentary toiletries including conditioner and body lotion (bonus when travelling with hand luggage!) Would definitely stay here again"

"This is a great location for southern Krakow. Away from the centre and expensive tourist restaurants, but still close to (apparently) the best pirogi (according to the locals). We pretty much just slept in the hotel, and for this it was clean and offered everything we needed to enjoy Krakow."

"Stayed in a Superior double with kitchenette. Wonderful stay, highly recommend the hotel for location, just off the roadway of the bars and people walking but just 1 minute to a street with shops food and bars as you walk to the main square. Staff at the hotel very accommodating, friendly and a pleasant atmosphere. I would absolutely stay in this location again when I visit Krakow in the future. "
