Excellent location, very close to the beach and restaurants, the staff is extremely friendly, I was with my mother at this hotel, we were also able to take a van from the hotel to the airport without any problem.

I had an enjoyable 2-day stay at J Hotel. It is located right in centre of Ao Nang. Everywhere can be reached on foot. Shops, restaurants, bars and travel agents are only a few metres away. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is well-equipped for a short stay. Everywhere in the room and outside are kept very clean. Overall, I would recommend J Hotel for its location, hotel facilities and budget price.

The room was huge compared to most we have stayed in. The location is excellent. Very close to the beach , shopping, eating and entertainment. Front desk booked many trips for us, mailed postcards, etc. they were great.

A good value for your money
We felt like this hotel is a good value for what you pay. Krabi is pretty touristy, so things tend to be more expensive, but this hotel had good A/C and a refrigerator. The staff helped us to compare prices and find a tour for cheaper than any of the tour companies we checked with on the street. They were very helpful whenever we had a question or needed help.

Well worth considering
This is a good choice for budget hotel if you use one of their standard rooms. Prices are great and room comfortable and clean. Hotel staff very helpful and attentive. There is no food option here but you can get cold drinks and coffee in reception at reasonable prices. They have grander rooms with balconys and leading onto 4th floor terrace but these are more expensive of course. Hotel is situated just off main drag up the hill away from long tail boat ferry point. However it is in a short side road and avoids much of the street noise. Well worth considering

This hotel was not great. It felt unclean, especially when we saw the sheets were not clean for our stay. The staff was rude and not helpful. The office hours of 7:30-21:00 really impacted several guests. This hotel offers the bare minimum and should have no stars.

J Hotel was clean, fairly quiet, and very convenient. A very short walk from the beach, restaurants everywhere, and the facilities were quiet nice. We stayed 4 nights here and would definitely suggest it for anyone who is budget travelling. You got your moneys worth here and the staff were very nice. The bed is quite soft, which took some getting used to as most beds we have stayed in are very hard.
