"Beautiful Hotel, a safe refuge from the hustle and bustle of Chennai. Amazing breakfasts. Lovely toiletries. Tranquil. Luxury. Overall it was a great stay. My only criticisms are: (i) sometimes we didnt have enough towels or bathrobes, (ii) double check if you need something delivering as there was some miscommunication between reception and security, (iii) room walls are quite thin - was woken up by my neighbour receiving multiple phone calls and taking them all on loudspeaker. "

The staff is always willing to help and ensure customer satisfaction. The pool is easily accessible and so is the gym. The bed is massive and they have a variety of pillows to order. Any request is attended to immediately. The breakfast at Madras Pavilion is massive and well stocked. "
