"In many small ways the Leela is twice as nice as similar "five star" hotels in the area: * Organic teas in the room. * Granite bathtub. * Amazing volume of hot shower water. * Organic tea selection. * Eight bottles of water instead of 2. * Spacious rooms with Amazing views. * Quiet inside and out. * Complimentary apples and cookies in room. * Easy check in and check out. * No lines in lobby. * Fantastic welcome drink. * Evening musical performance on the water. * Good art in the rooms. They can improve their phone concierge comprehension. Speed is very slow: 15-60 minutes for almost any request, including a cup of tea in the restaurant. Buy the included breakfast and dinner on Expedia when available, since it is worth it and cheaper on Expedia. "
