"This is a small but excellent hotel. The facilities in the room are very good. The bed is great and the views are magnificent. The staff is brilliant. They are pleasant, professional and efficient. It is a great place to stay and would visit again if coming to Munnar. "

"The property is very good, nice ambiance. The rooms were pretty good with all facilities. Maintenance of swimming pool was average. Food was good. The biggest drawback was the expectation that we will have good mountain view but was disappointed due to lot of trees around the property which blocks the views. The way to the property was quite steep and need a trained driver."

"The reception when we first arrived was a bit frosty. The restaurant breakfast service was extremely poor. Our Valley view room had a toilet roll holder you find in some office buildings where roll is locked and tissue is pulled though a small gap. Two days in a row, the tissue was trapped and could not be pulled out. Each time this happens you hsve to call reception to get it sorted. I am sure I am not the only one to experience this so why not resolve it? One day we came back yo the room...

"Hotel itself is up a very steep hill and a bit far from Munnar, only suitable if you have a driver. The staff are what make this hotel and the views. The hotel itself is quite noisy as the rooms are around an atrium and not we’ll sound proof. We were unfortunate to stay when a large Indian family were also visiting and they were extremely noisy going between rooms and shouting in the corridor/atrium. The staff moved our room and helped as best they could."
