"the interior of hotel is good, but the exterior building would need a coat of paint. i will consider staying there again. maybe have a safe deposit box in each room - why ? your clients will want to go to pulau, so they can lock their passport and valuables in the room , rather than using the front safe. "Celyn Hotel is located near a mall which is an ideal location. The hotel furnishing is as good as any 3star hotel however the maintenance of the hotel was disappointing. The room and bathroom was not thoroughly clean and had leftovers from the previous guest. I had to personally scrub the bathroom. Bedsheets also had greyish hue to it including the towels rather than the fresh white colour that normal hotels would have. It is ashamed that such a hotel is poorly maintained and it seems as though...

"Pros: Beautiful greenery scene; Room is big. Cons: Water pressure too low.. hard to shower; Worst soundproofing ever.. I can hear the conversation from next room, and also the footstep outside my room, too much noise; No bedside table."
