"Overall this hotel was great. Excellent staff, understanding, informative, and accommodating. The ability to rent bikes directly from hotel was a nice touch to be able to navigate the city. As well as a nice Japanese breakfast is available as well. Would recommend as long as your ok with navigating public transit :) "

"We very much enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Hotel New Hankyu Kyoto. Location was amazing, right across from the train station which allowed us to get around easily. We had 4 in a room and though it was a little crowded we were so grateful that the option was available. The beds were a tad hard but we all slept well. The front staff was incredible helping with a passport that got lost on the train. The gentleman and woman that helped us were so kind and worked hard get in touch with the right people and we had a passport in hand within 4 hours. Overall it was a great stay!"
