The minute we walked in we were wowed by the ascetic of the hotel, from the fully grown trees in the foyer with glass roof above to the stunning seaview visible from the cocktail bar, restaurants, pool and rooms. The rooms were really comfortable, the food and drinks were delicious, and the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. A short walk from old town along a scenic coastal path, this make a great place to relax and enjoy the tourist spots too."

"Superb views of the beach. Last time I was in Dubrovnik, I stayed in a different hotel but moving forward, I will be staying at Hotel Kompas. Such great amenities, clean rooms, friendly staff, and very walkable to the restaurants and beaches."

"I wouldnt recommend walking to the hotel with huge bags. Get taxi or bus. It is on a hill, serviced by local buses. But the hotel itself is great, staff fantastic and just close enough (20-30) min walk between Old Town and where all the other hotels are in Lapad (30 mins other directon). Released pleased we books this hotel rather than one further out in Lapad ."
