"Such a clean, comfortable and well equipped villa. Easy walking distance to the beach, supermarket and some lovely beach bars and restaurants. We did hire a car but wouldn’t bother again as hardly used it. Drive to Split can be horrendous, parking difficult too so better by taxi or bus. Fantastic host, so very kind to let us stay for our last day as no one was booked in. So grateful. Thank you so much. "

"We had a lovely time at the villa and were very well looked after by our host. The villa is well kitted out with all necessary items and even on a rainy day you would be very comfortable! We didn't have a car for the first few days of our 3 week stay and would recommend one if you are unable to manage the few steep roads in the neighbourhood. "When we booked this was rated as 4-star. Plenty of space, comfortable bed and nice friendly owners, but 4-star it isn't. We were also lead to believe that it was in walking distance of various restaurants but there was nothing - the nearby hotel had a beach bar/restaurant but that closed for the season during our stay (in September?). Views over a building site! The photos on the Villa's website include several that are actually of the mentioned hotel, not Villa Nico and it's own facilities."

"Mislav was very accomadating with a early check in - and change of plans we had to make. Mislav drove us to the grocery store and even helped us shop! The house is perfect for large family or friends. Every bedroom has a bathroom . The balcony and view were amazing. Mosquitos were a problem at night.
