"For the price, I was a little disappointed. Our room wasn't serviced at all and you had to pay extra if you wanted it to be. For over $300 a night, I would expect at least the bins to be emptied and some fresh body wash. Breakfast was also not included and you had to book and pay the night before and say what time you were going to show up, which when you have a toddler is not always easy to predict. All I wanted was a good night's sleep and a decent shower in the morning and Quays was perfect. Would stay there again without question..."
