The rooms ventilation/air conditioning didn’t work, but after my front desk experience with a filthy, dirty remote control I just sucked it up and mentioned it upon leaving, With Covid-19 I would have expected the room to be super clean, but the remote control was filthy beyond description, and I would have expected better as a big factor of Covid is transmission by...

"Inside rooms are very quiet, but you can't open the window and the airconditioning might be set for a different mode for the season. It was uncomfortable warm. A/C was in heating mode only. The hotel really tried to make us comfortable though. Outside facing rooms were more comfortable because of opening windows, however they were very noisy, even with the windows closed."

Only problem we faced was that our rooms were directly opposite to the elevators and area in front of elevators is not carpeted, therefore everyone walking from and to the elevators with their bags woke us up..."
