"The staff were all incredible, from front desk to dinner, all amazing. Loved this little retreat in the country, you can watch animals at the water hole from the private terrace off your room. Lovely pool area to relax in and they have a campfire in the evening with a view of the water hole. Breakfast was excellent, dinner was on the pricier side for a lodge at N$400 pp but the quality was outstanding so I was ok with it. "

"The room at luxury 5 was big and comfortable, it included the basic amenities plus has a great view of the game camp in which we saw Nyala, giraffe and Springbok. Overall quiet and relaxing, staff helpful and accomodating. The lodge is currently under maintenance. Overall a good lodge to be at."

"We zijn hier niet geweest. Accommodatie is niet meer beschikbaar voor verhuur. Eigenaar wijst naar VRBO en VRBO naar de eigenaar. Ik heb betaald, maar geen verblijf gehad en ter plekke alternatief kunnen regelen. En nu ik mijn geld terug wil moet ik dat volgens VRBO zelf regelen met de verhuurder, die niet reageert."

"After staying in NWR's lodges in Etosha, this was definitely a touch of luxury with a very clean and modern feel. Room was spacious and comfortable, very quiet, breakfast was great. Parking was inside the property, garden area a bit small but we were just passing through for the night. We'd definitely stay there again. Well done Haus Mopanie! "

"Meteorite Rest Camp is on a commercial farm which makes it totally different from other places we stayed at. We met the friendly owner Madelein and her husband, and heard a bit about life there. In the evening 1000s of red-billed quelia birds roost just the campsite, amazing to see. At night it's total silence with a clear sky for the stars. The chalet was a good size and comfy with a kitchenette. The pool was great to cool down in the afternoon. "
