"Communication with staff was difficult because we weren’t capable of phoning them when checking in. We waited for quite a length of time to get our key and get checked in. The owners did eventually show up and they were very accommodating. If we had the ability to call them with an international phone we probably would have been okay. "Wonderful little property in Waihi Beach, amazing facilities for kids. Pool is great and a balmy 28 degrees, spa 39 degrees (very popular and always crowded!).
