"I had the pleasure of staying at The Sonnet, Bidhannagar from December 23, 2024, to January 5, 2025, and my experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the exceptional staff at the reception, who ensured a smooth and hassle-free check-in process. Their professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail set the tone for a truly delightful stay. Throughout my time at The Sonnet, I was continually impressed by the impeccable hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Whether it was room service, housekeeping, or the restaurant team, everyone was friendly, efficient, and always eager to help with a smile. "We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. This was one of the best stay we had. The hall mark of this stay was their food . I have no words to describe how tasty their food was. OMG they had so many items in breakfast that you name it and they had it. They must have an excellent cook who made every dishes so palatable and tasty. At least for the food they deserve 10 stars. If for no other reasons one must stay here for their food. You cannot go wrong for staying here. We are looking forward to staying again when we return to Kolkata"

"Everything was fine. Staff was friendly. Till on the last day. I showed them on the 2 rooms I booked including a total of 4 breakfast. Ut they insisted I did not. I booked one more room for a additional day. And it also showed breakfast included. I did not get the breakfast I paid for. And they were no longer friendly. They told me I need to get 3 taxi for the 5 people with luggages. And after we waited for them to get taxi (we cancelled our Uber) and then they said they can't get any taxi. So we went to the street and got all in with2 taxi. I don't understand why asking for what we paid for is not right. It is a problem they have with their Expedia listing. But it is not a good experience on the last day. "
