"The rooms were nice and clean as was the hotel in general. I think overall the hotel itself too many rooms for the facilities provided, you have to queue for breakfast and wait for available tables, there are not enough sun beds etc. Everything in the hotel was quite expensive comparable to outside the hotel would recommend eating elsewhere. "Great location close to airport and right on beach. Gorgeous pool, restaurants were tasty, good breakfast included. Staff at front desk were helpful. Walkable out of resort with shops, restaurants and bars nearby. Comfy beds, nice balconies and bath tub in room. Can tell is an older resort, but well taken care of. Stairwells and windows in common areas could have been cleaner, and loungers around pool and on beach weren't very comfy, could use padding. Overall a very enjoyable stay."

"Very beautiful property in a great location. You can find a lots of good restaurants near by. The beach is calm and clean. Very nice, polite and helpful staffs. We really enjoyed our stay in Saigon Phu Quoc resort. Definitely we will come back. Highly recommend this hotel."

"We spent 2 nights at the resort, and it truly felt like “home away from home”. All staff are wonderful and had been super helpful. We felt warm and welcomed throughout our stay. We love how clean the resort is and how the staff treated us. Love it and very appreciative for the service and made us felt comfortable, enjoyable, and relax during our stay. My kids love the pool very much. Thank you, Kampot Sweet Boutique, for making our stay memorable. Furthermore, we glad we found you."

"The positive aspects: excellent staff. The manager, Taa, was the manager, who provided transportation to and from the transit stations The rooms were spacious. The property had ample common space. The pool area was large and scenic. The restaurant had a decent menu and was convenient. The only negative for us was the immediate area around the resort was not particularly walkable. It is serviced by an unpaved road. "

"The staff at The Columns are extremely nice and helpful. The included breakfast has many nice options and is well-prepared. We had both a double room on the first floor and a balcony room on second floor in our party, and we much preferred the first floor. It’s more spacious, better laid out, and has high ceilings. The second floor is not great for tall people because there are so many low ceilings, and the rooms feel cramped. "
