Stay connected with unlimited Wi-Fi, enjoy international channels and movies on IPTV, and use the provided mobile phone with a local number. Housekeeping and fresh linens are provided twice a week, along with bi-weekly pool cleaning.

3. Island Stay Considerations:
Please be advised that Koh Samui, being an island destination, may experience occasional power outages during stay.

4. Electricity Usage :
Electricity is not included in the rental price and will be charge at 7 THB per unit. Our staff read the meters on check in and check out. The electricity cost depends mostly on Aircon usage so please consider this and the environment when staying in the villa.

5. Deposit :
A refundable security deposit of THB 5,000 is required in cash at check-in.
