Lovely spacious apartment
The apartment is spacious and well equipped with a personal touch. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms have good storeage place. The balcony is ovelooking the pool area and a lovely garden. the apartment was very clean. we paid a resonable price for cleaning and changing of sheeds and towels during our stay. we spent 30 days at the apartment and would recommend it for rental. The closest beach is not the best and for moving around you will need to rent transportation.

Great Condo, Pool and Staff
We have been traveling Europe and Thailand the past 6 months and this place was really great it was walking distance to a small market, a 7/11 next door and the ocean a short walk. The condos are very peaceful and was just the relaxation we needed. Everytime we were at the pool we had the entire area to ourselves. Tawan and company really made us feel at home and helped with anything we needed. Our kids fell in love with the place because everytime we were at the pool one of the ladies would bring the kids chocolates or ice cream or treats. Tawan arranged a tour to koh Tao and Nangyuan which was good but the snorkeling is definitely better in Koh Lanta/Krabi area. If we had not spent 2 weeks snorkeling in that area we likely would have loved it. If we come back to Koh Samui in the future we would definitely stay again.

We were initially confused, following Google is a mistake, just look for Emerald condominiums, when we got there,pleasantly surprised, beautiful grounds,7-11,right across the street, quiet and peaceful. The unit was perfect

Très beau séjour dans cet appartement confortable, spacieux, très propre, avec une décoration privilégiant le style thaïlandais. Le grand balcon filant qui s'ouvre largement sur l'extérieur et la végétation est très agréable. La résidence est calme et la piscine peu fréquentée à la grande satisfaction de nos ados.

Die Penthaus Wohnung mit großem Balkon ist einfach nur zu empfehlen, sehr sauber und mit tollen Blick auf die gepflegte Anlage. Das Personal war zu jederzeit nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Super Penthouse im abgelegenen Teil
Super penthouse Wohnung mit zwei Bädern und 3 Toiletten. Sehr hervorzuheben ist der große Balkon an dem man den Tag starten und auch beenden kann. Küche reicht absolut aus. Anlage ist sehr gepflegt was man an den täglichen Hausmeister Tätigkeiten sieht. Alles in allem war es ein super Aufenthalt. Wir würden immer wieder gerne zurückkommen! Die Eigentümerin hat uns vorab sehr viele Fragen beantwortet, was für uns mit Kind sehr hilfreich war. Besten Dank hier an christele

Residence calme et propre
Nous avons passé presque 3 semaines dans cette résidence où l’appartement était très spacieux et très agréable avec un très grand balcon pour profiter de l’extérieur. L’appartement était très propre avec de grand espace très agréables. Pour la résidence, l’endroit est très calme, idéal pour un bon repos. La piscine est de très bonne taille d’après mes 2 fils qui en ont profité au maximum. Concernant le personnel, ils sont très gentil et très serviable. Mr Tawan est de très bon conseil et il nous a réservé une voiture avec un très bon prix. En résumé, je recommande cette location les yeux fermés.

Room wasn’t ready when I got here but soon sorted, a few thing around the condo site broke eg walking machine, pool filter etc but were fixed as soon as they could be The unit itself was lovely, could do with getting rid of some of the outside furniture it’s a bit crowded out there and some of the pieces are past their use by date due to wear and tear Not sure if I would stay here again due to the unit being on the 3rd floor( I was aware of this before I booked) with no elevator ( not aware of this) my fault for not checking

Relaxing Holiday
Very spacious and clean Appartment. Fully equipped, with all comfort. Top Appartment for a nice vacation in Ko Samui. To visit all beautiful beaches a motor scooter is needed. We hope we can come back soon.

Beautiful penthouse with a great pool. A little out of the way so you will need a car /scooters as taxis are a rip off compared to Bangkok. Nice kitchen but no oven . All in all I would recommend this property.

The apartment was fantastic, it had everything you need. Tawan who managed the condos was incredibly helpful and made our stay stress free. He arranged the hire car and had lots of useful information. You do need a hire car to get to the beautiful Choeng mon beach and fishermans village which are both near by. We ate mostly at 'stop @ sopa' which is a few hundred metres down road and serves fantastic Thai cuisine at a very reasonable price, the staff were lovely too.

Fantastic Stay
We had a thoroughly enjoyable 6 night stay at the Emerald Condominiums. Mr Tawan the concierge was extremely helpful and made our stay easy. The pool was clean and big enough for our 8 and 10 year old to enjoy and the location was great as we hired a car to get to local beaches.

Wir hatten 10 schöne Tage im Penthaus! Die Einrichtung ist super und alles ist funktional und "in Schuss"; fußläufig sind nur zwei kleinere Supermärkte für die täglichen Dinge (Wasser, Bier, kleine Snacks,...) zu erreochen; große Einkäufe und Restaurant bedürfen einer Taxifahrt; der Strand direkt an der Wohnung war für und unsere 4-jährige Tochter prima (man muss aber alles mitbringen! Keine Bar oder Ähnliches!) Die Appartment-Anlage ist ganz in russischer Hand, was nicht störend ist - eher junge Familien, ruhig & angepasst, deutschsprachig war niemand; aussen alles sehr geoflegt; Service wir Frühstück und Reinigung kosten extra - haben wir nicht genutzt Ausstattung der Wohnung: sehr gut; jegliches Equipment, sauber und gepflegt, 3 WC's; beide Schlafzimmer mit Dusche und Toilette; riesiger Balkon; TV mit DVD Wir waren super zuftieden; die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief schnell und unkompliziert!

Super Unterkunft
Die Wohnung entspricht exakt der Beschreibung. Sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet und dekoriert und verfügt über die entsprechenden Räumlichkeiten. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Von der Kaffemaschine über den Kühlschrank bis zum Herd und Mikrowelle. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Dies gilt auch für die Anlage. Leider gibt es doch einige Abstriche zu machen. Der Strand, welcher zu Fuß zu erreichen ist, ist leider als Urlaubsstrand unbrauchbar. Es fehlt jegliche Infrastruktur, wie Bar, Dusche, etc. Es ist eigentlich nur ein eher kiesiger/felsiger Zugang zum Meer. Um eine badetaugliche Strand zu erreichen muss man motorisiert sein. Kleine Mopeds gibt es in der Nähe für knapp 4,- € am Tag. Die ganze Anlage befindet sich im touristischen Niemandsland. Zu Fuß sind keine Einkaufsstraßen für abendliche Bummel zu erreichen. Auch das EInkaufen für den täglichen Bedarf ist schwierig ohne Auto/Moped. Leider ist die Reinigung des Apparments und die Versorgung mit frischen Handtüchern nur gegen Zahlung von 1000,- Bath (immerin 26,- €) möglich. Wenn man das nicht will, so wird eben während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt un die Handtücher getauscht. Das in der Anlage vorhandene Restaurant schließt ebenfalls bereits um 20:00 Uhr, so dass ein gemütlicher Auklang des Abends an der Bar nicht möglich ist. Allerdings sind das alles Dinge, die nicht dem Apparment angelastet werden sollten, aber dennoch erwähnt werden müssten um einen guten Eindruck zu bekommen. Alles in allem war es dennoch ein gelungener urlaub.

Perfekter Urlaub! Absolut zu empfehlen!
Wir verbrachten von 28.12.15 bis 15.01.16 einen wunderschönen Urlaub als 4-köpfige Familie (Kinder 3 und 6 Jahre) in diesem Penthouse. Das Penthouse ist fast zu schön, um wahr zu sein und stimmt absolut mit den Fotos überein. Das Startbild der Anzeige auf dem der Pool zu sehen ist, ist die tatsächliche Balkonaussicht des Penthouses. Man merkt, dass die Eigentümer selbst dort öfter Urlaub machen, da alles vorhanden ist, was das Herz begehrt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Mixer, Toaster, Pfannen, Töpfen, etc. Ansonsten ist von Straßenkarten über Nähzeug, Waschmittel, DVDs wirklich alles vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist blitzsauber und wunderschön dekoriert, man möchte garnicht mehr abreisen. Geschäfte sind ganz in der Nähe. Das Personal wusste über unsere Ankunft Bescheid und war auch sonst sehr hilfreich. Das Penthouse und auch sämtliche Toiletten/Duschen im Poolbereich sind blitzsauber, wie es in einem deutschen 5*Haus nicht besser sein könnte. Ein Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert, ihn vorher zu reservieren ist aber unnötig und auch zu teuer. Das Taxi am Flughafen fand problemlos den Weg und vom Manager der Anlage bekamen wir einen sehr günstigen Mietwagen organisiert. Es gibt einen wunderschönen Strand 5Min Autofahrt entfernt, ein wahrer Geheimtipp mit puderweichem Sandstrand, "Thongsonbay", einfach das Personal nach dem Weg dorthin fragen. Wir waren vor Anreise etwas unsicher, da die Bezahlung nicht über fewo-direkt sondern privat an die Eigentümerin erfolgen sollte und auch komplett 4 Wochen vor Reiseantritt zu entrichten war. Aber sämtliche Bedenken sind unbegründet! Die Kaution bekamen wir direkt nach Reiseende problemlos zurück überwiesen. Absolute Weiterempfehlung ohne Einschränkung!
