Lovely traditional hotel right on the beach and very near to shops and restaurants. Travelled as family of 4 (2 x teenagers) and everyone loved the location. Pool was great. Breakfast fab, staff were fantastic.

This was an excellent place to stay. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. The grounds were very well maintained with lush palm trees, and other tropical plants. The breakfast area was next to the beach frinched with palm trees too.

Our suite was very nice. The staff was helpful and kind. The garden around the hotel was so beautiful and well maintained. Too bad abiut the noise in this neighborhood probably because of the full moon parties around. The breakfast was a must!

I travel a lot, but for first time in my life left a hotel one night earlier. This is ran down hotel, the rooms were not cleaned well..yoy see spots and dust everywhere. The staff was not well responding.. The food very average. But most importantly the other guests were very weird..it does not feel like a 5 star hotel, but a cheap all inclusive hotel in Turkey. I am sorry but i would strongly recommend against sraying in this hotel ...there are so many great options in this part of the world, but this is very far from it..unfortunately. and lastly..the price is not low at all, so valio/quality ratio is even worse..

We loved our stay at this hotel. The best thing was the staff, they were so friendly and go above and beyond for you. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel was in a great location but walkable distance from the main area. You can also get a free shuttle to their sister hotel so we enjoyed going to a different hotel/beach and exploring the area. Would stay here again

Pool is tropical paradise as well a beach area and chairs. The breakfast has wide variety of options including omelette bar and the staff are friendly and keep the hotel in immaculate condition. Had a few issues with room service other than that stay was 10/10

What a gorgeous, peaceful haven this was - we stayed here for 6 nights on our honeymoon in Koh Samui. The suites are stunning and the pool area and main restaurant lead directly onto the beach. Staff are warm and attentive. Exceptional location: 5-10 mins walk to the busiest part of the strip. All restaurants, bars and nightlife within easy reach!

Nice upscale resort at the end of chaweng beach, far enough away to be quieter, but not too far if you want to experience more of the action. Stayed in royal garden suite which had a large rooftop area, which to be honest we didn’t use much. Garden suites below looked as nice. Pool area was not too crowded and the restaurant served good Thai food on the beach, although plenty of other options a short beach stroll away. You get the occasional plane taking off overhead but really didn’t bother us Great option to stay in kph Samui

Boutique hotel with great service
Classic accommodation with private rooms and outdoor seating. Rooms were big and comfortable. Some elements dated and tired for hotel facilities. Not a good place for disability access, pathways need to be upgraded. Great location and private access to beach and lagoon which is worthy of wading through the waters.

Wonderful hotel in the middle of Chaweng. Extremely friendly and helpful staff Beautiful property and gardens with attention to detail. Lovely pool and beach area with great cocktails Food / Breakfast is not the same as pre-covid, which we can understand. Hopefully after season they can spend more time on improving the buffet area. It’s our 6th hotel in Samoi, and unfortunately it’s the least favorable. Rooms are outdated with weird smells, the pool is nice, breakfast is average, the beach itself is beautiful but not related to the hotel itself. For this price I would expect a better experience. I would pay a lil extra to stay in a newer hotel that might be 500m away. Gym is awful. No towels and everything is super old.

We booked a green view suite which had an outside area which we found not clean. The wooden deck area at the beach had a number of broken pieces which made it quite hazardous for some people . We stayed 3 years ago and didn’t find it was as good . The staff were fantastic but I think they were also too busy .

Very very disappointing with our stay it was the worst experience in all of Thailand. The wifi does not work, we make the remark 3x and 3x we are told that someone will come and in 5 days no one has come. 3 days in a row at 1 p.m. no more laundry at the beach. The room at 5 p.m. is still not done, so it is done in front of you in a hurry and therefore poorly done. All this so that at the time of check-out we were not even asked how our stay was and no transit to the airport was offered to us. Terrible service for miserable staff! Too bad because the hotel, the setting and the location at the top.
