The situation of my house is ideal because in a beautiful coconut grove for the calm and sweet nature of this wonderful island and only a few minutes from Lamai.

Lovely calm house on a beautiful island

We had a really nice relaxing stay in this really pretty and comfortable house. House is just as it looks in the photos, the pool is lovely and kept very clean and the island is beautiful. I recommend the day trip to Ang Thong National Marine park, Nidia kindly arranged everything for us. A very enjoyable stay. Thank you to our kind hosts.

Superbe maison!!

Nous avons adoré séjourner dans cette jolie villa, nous étions 2 couples avec une adolescente, maison idéale pour nous, beaux espaces, chacun avait son intimité, idéale pour 3 couples ou avec des ados. Plus compliqué avec des enfants en bas age car les chambres sont totalment indépendantes avec accés extèrieur. Maison calme tout en étant proche du centre de Lamai et des plages (nous avions cependant loué des scooters), faisable en marchant mais plus compliqué le soir car petite route d'accés sombre. Maison décorée de bon goût, propre, bien équipée. Le bassin pour se rafraichir est un grand plus! Seul bémol: les lits sont grands mais très durs. Nous reviendrons. Merci également pour l'accueil et la disponibilité des propriétaires.

Superbe maison, encore mieux que les photos, certainement la plus belle location que nous avons fait sur RBNB. Avec mes amis, nous avons passé un super séjour a koh Samui. La maison de Kay est géniale, les chambres sont grandes et confortables, et les filles ont adoré les dressings... Et la piscine est TOP ! Nos copains de passage ont adoré ce calme et le joli jardin avec son grand bananier. Le staff qui s'occupe de la villa est super pro, la piscine est toujours impeccable. On est à coté de la ville, mais sans le bruit, à 5 mns en scooter de la belle plage de Lami. Merci à Alex pour son bon plan resto sur la plage, on y était tous les midis :) Merci également à Nidia pour nous avoir amené a l'aéroport à notre départ. Un seul regret: devoir quitter ce coin de paradis, et cette villa vraiment superbe

Excellent séjour, maison idéale en famille

Tres belle maison, toute vitrée, très claire et agréable à vivre. Toutes les pièces donnent sur la piscine, et un espace à l'ombte autour de la piscine est disponible à toute heure grâce au auvent sur la terrasse qui entoure la piscine. Piscine impeccable, grande, nettoyée 3 fois/semaine. La voiture est garée dans la propriété aussi. Tout est bien équipe et neuf, nous avons même pu faire venir un cuisinier pour un cours de cuisine thaï à domicile. Quartier paisible, il est possible de marcher jusqu'aux premiers commerces mais une voiture est indispensable pour aller à la plage et pour les autres visites. L'agence vous accueille et vous ramène à l'aéroport (transfert payant), et est à l'écoute pour toute question. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Maison tres sympa, tres fonctionnelle, et tres bien entretenue, à l'écart ,dans la cocoteraie, mais à 5mns du centre ville. La piscine est assurément un plus, face aux chambres. A conseiller.
