Perfekt lokasjon og hyggelig betjening
Betjeningen er veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Hotellet ligger perfekt til på Lamai Beach, da det ligger nært stranden, og rett ved lokalt sentrum. Vi hadde Garden Front rom, og da hørte vi minimalt med høy musikk og støy fra uteplasser på kvelden/natt. Rommene var helt greie. Vil definitivt bo her igjen neste gang vi er på Lamai, og anbefaler dette hotellet til alle som reiser til Lamai.

Lamai Beach
My first trip to Koh Samui was an enjoyable experience thanks to Am Samui Palace. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to everything you could want. The staff was friendly, and ready to make your stay a pleasant experience. The pool and dining area is very relaxing and quiet. Great place overall.

Bra hotell med perfekt läge på Lamai. Jätte trevlig personal som var väldigt hjälpsamma. Vi tänkte bo här i 5 dagar men det blev 2 veckor. Hörde inte av byggen eller hög musik men det är inte högsäsong nu så det är ganska lugnt.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel - nettes Servicepersonal
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Lamai. Zu Fuß zum atemberaubenden Sandstrand sind es gerade mal 80 m. Geschäfte, Apotheken,Banken,Restaurants, Bars, (Night-)-Markt und Nachtleben sind im Umkreis von 50 - 500 m zu erreichen. Die immer grüne, ruhige Anlage mit einem der größten Pools in Lamai ist super gepflegt, das Servicepersonal super nett, immer freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer wurden im letzten Sommer fast alle reserviert und werden täglich gründlich gereinigt. Das ( Continental-) Frühstück ist variantenreich, bietet für den europäischen Gast aus meiner Sicht alles was man braucht. Trotz des zur Zeit manchmal durch (An-) Bauarbeiten ensttehenden kurzfristigen Lärms, war es für mich ein erholsamer Aufenthalt mit dem von mir gewünschten Anteil an abendlichem Entertainment. Das angebotene WIFI ist zwar kostenfrei, aber oft nur ca.12 - 16 Std am Tag verfügbar, es stehen aber auch jederzeit 2 PC (LAN) in der Lobby zur Verfügung. Ich werde dort immer wieder gerne ein paar Nächte verbringen.

great place to stay, very nice location
this hotel was wonderful, easy check in and check out. friendly staff . my only complaint is my constant complaint with thailand in general. the beds are HARD. the pillows are HARD. now i'm used to the hard beds, but the hard pillows were bit of annoying because i couldn't sleep in the position i was comfortable. I easily remedied this by purchasing pillows outside. the location is awesome- 5 minute walk to the beach and the road it's on has tons of restaurants and shops. there is even a night market directly in front of the hotel. the hotel itself resides in a cubby so you don't hear much of the road noise. now that is my only complaint. this hotel is great. i'd recommend it and would stay again.

pros very central, cons not like expected
Hotel is in the center of Lamai. Close to Lamai beach. However, every night we heard music and noise from outside (until 2-3am). It is located in the center of every amusement in lamai soo noisy in the evening. Beside that there were a lot of mosqitue around and the breakfast was cheap. Pool is nice.

Lage vom Hotel ok aber sehr laut
Das Hotel ist das erste Haus in Thailand wo der service nicht gut war.Zimmerreinigung erfolgte nur dann wenn das Schild bitte reinigen vor die Tür gehängt wurde.Handtücher mangelware nie ausreichend für 3 Personen manchmal nur eines für 3 Personen. Duschgel nur am ersten Tag.Frischbezogene Betten mit lauter Flecken abgewohnte Möbel.Balkontür nur mit Gewalt öffenbar. Feuchtes modrig riechendes Zimmer.Zimmerwechsel nicht möglich kein Entgegenkommen der Hotelleitung.
