Hotel room was nice and clean and you could choose to have the room cleaned and bed made or not every day. We were given complimentary water every day which was useful. Having AC and a hot shower was great. Also really well located, close to the walking street and sunrise beach."

"We have just stayed at Mail Sunrise. We had a Balinese suite which was on the top floor of a small 2 storey block. I was under the impression we were getting a stand alone bungalow but once we entered the room I was happy! It was beautiful. Bigger than the villa bungalows and after looking around the resort I think I preferred ours. Larger and more private. The room was stunning. Large and spotless. "Very nice hotel, staff were also really nice and friendly. Room was fairly basic but clean and tidy, floor seemed a little grubby though. Overall very nice, however I feel a bit over priced for what it is"
