"Right from the start the room was falling apart. 1. Fridge not working, 2. Hot water not working 3. Then the toilet broke and I was told that it wouldn't be fixed until the next day. I checked out after three nights even though I had paid for seven. I was told that there would be no refund. Not even worth putting on Expedia. Don't book this place "

Cleanliness was definitely low 4. Location was inconvenient 5. Rude service attitude We were only allowed one key which was silly since there was 7 people. Additional keys are charged at 300 baht. Late check outs are also subject to further charges. Room cleaning was not done daily. Our villa came with 3 bathrooms/4 bedrooms....
