"This place is amazing! Right in the heart of things but it feels like a little oasis from the craziness of walking street. There’s so much greenery wrapping around the cafe, it feels like a jungle. The food and drinks are fantastic and the staff are really attentive and kind. Welcome mango smoothie when we arrived was a lovely surprise and just what we needed. They let us leave our bags by reception since we arrived on the island too early to check in. The breakky menu is very Aussie friendly...

"This boutique hotel is steps away from the walking street and 3-5 min from Pattaya beach. It suits our need perfectly. Made-to-order breakfast is great. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. They drop off and pick up from boat station and snorkeling launch. Room may be a bit tight with wet shower/bathroom. Still very clean and cozy. "

"The best hotel I've stayed at on Lipe! Was a little dubious at first due to how cheap it was.. But the room is exceptional value for money!! They even provide a free shuttle to walking st between 7am - 8pm but fail to mention this on the booking!! Super king bed is so comfortable.. only negative is the pillows! I've been to koh lipe several times and this place blew my mind!!"

"Nice hotel in good location. Lovely welcoming guests. Situated just at the end of main strip of the island for bars and restaurants, but no noise at all to disturb us. Room was comfortable and clean. Would recommend definitely. "

"We knew it was small, especially for a family with 3 children, but we were there for the sea and beach. Nice common area and free tea and coffee acted as our kitchen. Fridge was shared and saved us lots of eating out. Deal breaker was day 7 coming to the room and seeing a rat on our bed. No sleep that night, checked out early.No refund."

"We absolutely loved our 7 night stay and didn’t want to leave. The location is extremely peaceful with incredible views. Our room (honeymoon villa room 7) was spacious, comfortable and modern. We had unobstructed ocean views and was a treat to wake up to. The cleaning was excellent with room left spotless and great attention to detail (replacing used amenities etc). "Beautiful resort with everything, you need. The houses are big and clean, the bathroom is enormous. Pool right outside. Located directly at the beach. The only let down are the hundreds of motor boats along the beach. But that goes for every resort along the beach"

"I really liked this place it was centrally located so close to everything, but not too close to the main walking street that it was noisy. It's close to all the main beaches on this beautiful island. There is a mini mart agout 2 mins walk away. Everything else is within 5-10mins walk. "

Good but very expensive for quality offered

"Its a lovely hotel in a wonderful.location,however given the price i paid over £600 per night for their top 2 bed villa i feel the condition and facilities of the room needs to be much improved. There is luxury rustic and rustic and this falls between the 2 and doesnt offer vfm in my opinion. I didnt like the forced breakfast in the room option. 1 of the highlights for me of luxury hotel dwelling in the Far East is a fantastic breakfast buffet. Regretably this offering had much to be desired. Also there is no swimming pool save the small plunge pool in our room and no sun loungers on the tiny beach area. Having said that we enjoyed our stay, the service is excellent, the onsite restaurant very good( just offer breakfast there!) "
