"We stayed here for two nights. It's a really convenient location for the Altstadt, cathedral and Christmas markets. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and in good condition, and our room was comfortable. Apparently a popular breakfast spread (18 euros) which I did not partake. Very clean room (with a mini fridge) and comfortable bed. The location near the bus station was a little off putting during the day with large crowds, but was quiet at night. Overall very pleasant."

"It is a great location. The rooms are a little worn. My shower had problems with drainage. I asked the staff to fix it and nothing happened. I told them again when I checked out. She said she would have someone loo at it. I prepaid for my reservation on Orbitz but then they charged my credit card when I checked-out.
