"We booked to stay here while attending the F1 Grand Prix in Spa, 29 miles away. It was convenient, very clean, had spacious rooms and was a pleasant stay. The only negative was that there are no staff onsite (all automated) and therefore no breakfast options. Not even tea or coffee making in rooms! I’d stay again, but I’d take a kettle with me. The only options for food within walking distance are McDonald’s and Burger King, which my 14 yr old loved but I wasn’t so keen. We did buy food in Lidl...

"The price and convenience to the train station was excellent. It wasn't a "seedy" neighborhood either. The place was clean and perfectly fine as a clean, warm, bright place to stay. I didn't see an elevator, and there are no extras that I saw outside of a hairdryer."

"very close to Indoor ski, that's the good part. the fact that once you are in (they got your money) nobody cares about you, and all the limited available staff are busy collecting money from Ski-Slope goers. They Promised to reimburse my non used 90Euro ski-pass, till now no refund after they forced their way into my Credit Card, took the money without asking and Bombarded me with Silence-Treatment… "

"Our stay at Friends Hotel was very good! The room was roomy and very clean. Not much of a decor but cleanliness is important to me. The hotel is close to busy road so with the windows open it will be very noisy. I can see it being very hot in the summertime. Fortunately for us it was a 2 comfortable evenings. Breakfast in my opinion was very good with plenty of options. They replenished often, breakfast room is not very big so it can get busy. Overall I liked our stay!"
