"Large group of family (9 adults) stayed for a few days. It was very clean and several people took advantage of the sauna. Lenggries was very nice, we spent one day on the mountain, which is very convenient to the house. Walking distance to the train station so we didn't need to rent a car."

"Stayed for a week and split time sightseeing between nearby mountains and Munich. The location worked great for this approach with lots to see and do within a 1 hour drive (we chose to rent a car). The apartment itself is great with a satisfying minimalistic approach that I appreciate, iIt is comfortable and quiet and perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking. The hosts were top notch with excellent communications and advice/help. Highly recommend."

"We enjoyed our stay at Ferienwohnung Arlet very much. The two bedroom apartment was spacious, bright, clean and quiet. The kitchen was modern and fully equipped. The bathroom had a large shower and a separate bathtub. We especially enjoyed the shower with it's great flow of hot water. We chose this apartment due to its proximity to the Gaissach train stop. "Overall the rental was very good; hosts were gracious. Listing stated rental had AC and it did not. In the photos, what appears to be a general living area is in fact the 2nd sleeping area. Listing also did not mention large church across street that has loud bells that chime every 1/4 hour starting at 5 am. Host lives on property. there was lots of traffic in and out of property. "Diese Ferienwohnung liegt absolut ruhig, ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Tiefgaragenplatz und Aufzug sind vorhanden. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf das gegenüberliegende Grundstück (Ablageplatz) ist nicht berauschend und der Check-in mit dem Schlüsselkasten ist optimierbar. "Super Möglichleit des Check-Ins, einfach unkompliziert. Gut geschnittene Wohnung mit begehbaren Kleiderschrank in einem Schlafzimmer. Freundliche Mitarbeiter, die bei Problemen sehr schnell die Probleme lösen. Die Parkplätze vor der Unterkunft sind total praktisch. Auch die 2 Balkone sind sehr schön. "The owner was there to welcome us on arrival and show us how everything worked. He provided flowers and welcome gifts which was a lovely unexpected gesture. The apartment was comfortable and the complex has an indoor swimming pool and private lakeside garden with access to the lake for swimming, etc. The complex also has launderette facilities."
