"I was not expecting this place to be great but it really is great. It’s an interesting setup architecturally. The entire hotel is actually open to the outside. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Water bottles fillers! Thank you! Nice bar. Nice breakfast buffet. Just awesome. No issues at all. "

"It was great! No complaints over here. The sky spa is absolutely amazing and nice touch to the hotel that was right on the river. It even had a great coffee cafe down stairs on the first floor that was a wine bar. Also the lounge access allowed you to drink for free and snack for free which was really nice when trying to plan things or have a break from walking around. "

"The property is conveniently located right above a subway exit and just a few stops from main stations like Namba and Osaka-Umeda etc. I also liked the fact that it's not in the middle of the touristy areas although that meant there are less shops around but there's still a Family Mart right downstairs. Check in and out was relatively hassle-free with self service check-in/out machines. The room is nice, clean and looks rather new with daily housekeeping although they did miss clearing out...
