The hotel is conveniently placed near the Tonsai Pier, the room is acceptable and the staff is friendly and helpful. I did not like the bathroom because it got flooded after any shower

This hotel is in great area of Phi Phi conveniently located next to all of the best shopping and dining. Very walkable and lots nearby within 10 minute walking distance. The hotel is very dated in terms of condition and we found the bed to be very hard and uncomfortable. The restaurant has amazing dinner food that we were very impressed with. The pool is also beautiful overlooking the mountains and ocean.
Firstly, reception and the name of the resort was very poorly signposted - ourselves and a number of other guests missed reception and took a long time to find it. Other than the reception/restaurant area, the resort is very run down and not appealing.
Our room was right above the Muslim prayer room so it was very noisy, particularly at unsociable hours. The bathroom was awful - uneven floor led to lots of standing water which would not drain away until cleaning came the following day, leaving the bathroom unusable. Bathroom was also unpainted and very run down. Bed was comfortable and room/balcony were spacious, but the bathroom really let down our stay.
Location was very good, close to the pier and bars/restaurants in the centre.
The photos online looked amazing, but in reality, the hotel was nothing like what was advertised. The building and rooms were outdated, with clear signs of poor maintenance. The area surrounding the hotel also felt neglected, making the overall experience underwhelming. Definitely not worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting a well-kept stay.
Decent for a few nights in Phi Phi. Woke up from noise at 5 and 6am each night. Outdated.

Fantastic area near to the markets and easy access to the ferry (about 10-15 min walk).
Clean room, only negative was the drainagae system in the bathroom. There was a hole cut out for the shower water to drain but this was the other side of the room and past the toilet. Needed to mop up the water (with towels) after each shower use otherwise we were walking through water to get to the toilet.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
-Great beach front resort, it has a private beach too.
-Nice sized pool.
-Accountable help with luggage transport.
-Nice breakfast.
-Fire show at dinner time.
-Timber room in the wood gives nice feel but humid.
Room no Wi-Fi, bathroom water not drain, old run down

This place was not what I expected from the photos at all. The atmosphere is off. There was a person outside the hotel every morning screaming on a megaphone at 5am. It is not anything like the photos. There was only one charging port in the whole room. The staff were sweet though. Smelled super fragrant with scented cleaning products.
Simple hotel, with good AC, super close to the beach, supermarkets, and shops.
At the same time, it's quiet and calm around, had a cute balcony, and access to an infinity pool at the hotel restaurant.
It was good for the price, and enjoyable.

The pool over the ocean and cafe were great! Staff helpful and happy. The location was perfect to walk to anywhere we wanted.
The actual hotel rooms were less than what others in the area were like. It is a huge area but they have a lot of open unused space that could be a meeting point of some kind (volleyball or bochi ball) instead of green painted cement with weird circle items on it.
The worst hotel I’ve ever encountered. Couldn’t even stay in our accommodation it was that bad and had to fight to get a refund, but eventually getting it through the hotel provider. Staff also very rude. Stay clear of this place
Just not as clean as photos make out.
Not the worst possible place ive stayed

Bar and pool and lovely but the rest of the hotel needs an update.
Had an issue with cleanliness of room on first night but staff sorted it out straight away and were super helpful.
