"Amazing stay here at this beautiful and luxurious 5 star resort. Pancake at the spa took great care of me and I felt so relaxed after the treatment. Crystal clear water and white sand await you here. The pools were great as well especially the fun pool. The staff were all very friendly and very attentive. The breakfast was amazing each morning with so many great options to choose from. Our villa was literally brand new and so clean and modern. AC worked great which is a must during the heat experienced here. If you’re thinking of visiting Phi Phi and want to stay on the island for a few nights this is the place to go for sure! Can’t say enough good things about this place as it was truly magical. If I ever get the chance to return I will most definitely stay here again! "

"Lovely hotel right on the most beautiful beach along the Leam Tong coast. Very friendly and incredibly helpful staff. Really great that there is free transportation around the hotel area in golf carts, especially if you stay in rooms on the mountainside. The hotel looks nice, but needs a lot of love in many places. Breakfast was good, but the restaurant area needs a major cleaning."

"We loved it here, it’s in the quieter area of phi phi but a short boat ride to Ton Sai Pier if you want the party! It had a great little beach area and a section of the sea cordoned off for swimming and snorkelling where lots of different fish can be seen. There’s also an onsite dive company for those who want to do some diving. Breakfast is really good, a whole range of options to suit everyone. There is a really good restaurant next door called Nay Hying Restaurant (think it’s part of the PP Mountain Resort) great relaxed setting, nice staff and lovely food. We stayed in a partial sea view villa - the view was amazing and more like a full sea view apart from the odd tree obscuring it, it was in the highest part of the resort, whilst this gave us the great view it was a bit of a trek and all up a steep hill! The hotel were good at dropping you off though if you asked. We had a great couple of days here, would highly recommend for a quiet and relaxing visit to phi phi. "

"We spent six nights at Phi Phi Relax resort. We were a bit unlucky with the weather most of the days, with rain, strong winds and lots of clouds, which we were told was very unusual. I also had a very bad stomach for one and a half day, but the staff was so nice and helpful, both to my husband, who had to eat his meals alone, and to me bringing medicine and rice soup and being very caring Thank you, Laura, and all the rest of you. Be aware, that when you arrive on the longtail boat, you will get wet, when you get off, as there is no pier. So shorts are recommended. Also, it is good to bring some bathing shoes, as there are quite a few rocks in the water. When the water is clear, you will see them (and a lot of fish), but on windy days, bathing shoes are nice to have. The beach is beautiful, and as you can only get to this resort by boat or about one hours walk, it is very quiet and nice. We had a very nice bungalow right on the beach, with a wonderful terrasse, where we could sit/lie and read on rainy days. The resort really lives up to its name - it is a great place for relaxation. But the best thing about this place is the fantastic staff! They made us feel at home, had a good sense of humor, and were always very helpful."

"I loved that this property was in walking distance of the main pier (we came from Ao Nang, Krabi ferry). Everyone was delightful and helpful. The breakfast that is included (at least our stay) was fabulous - good healthy options included. We are right between opposite beaches on the north and south side (near Ao Ton Sai Pier and Loh Dalum beach) - how convenient is that? There is also a beautiful pool which we didn't use since we were busy sight seeing. What was a surprise, is that, as soon as you get off the ferry, there was someone with a sign for Phi Phi Harborview hotel waiting for you and they helped walk to your hotel. A tiny bit of feedback to the hotel: I had messaged the hotel via Expedia about how to get to the hotel from the Pier (it wasn't clear someone would meet us or that it was so close to the Pier). I was a little worried until I got the Pier and saw someone holding a sign."

"Hotel has its own free longboat service to get help take you and your bags to and from the ferry. Walk to main part of town was short, only a tiny bit across the beach then on a path. Hotel room was nice. Pool area, bar area and bathrooms in need of some TLC."

"Great place to stay. Friendly staff, nice pool and poolside bar. Hotel is a bit tired but it has character and given what it and the island went through all those years ago, i wanted to stay here and pay my respects. Thank you!"
