"It is a little further out from the city, but there is a tram stop not even a 10 minute walk away. The staff were brilliant, so attentive and I can’t express how amazing your servers / kitchen team are - always have a smile on their faces, the little “morning, how are you today” really does go a long way :)) The hotel itself is stunning, it has a gym and the rooms / bathrooms are fantastic. 100% would recommend and booking again. "This was a good location on the edge of downtown ! It was under renovation we got one of the news rooms unfortunately surrounded by rooms being renovated and it was dusty. Our TV wouldn’t work and after repeated tries we had to give up. We had No phone so had to keep going down to the front desk. We also had no fridge even though there was a place for it. Breakfast and parking were great! The bed had only a flat sheet on it that kept moving and the mattress pad crinkled! No shampoo either!"
