Shower glass not clean smoking debris in drawers and when using plug by bedside light carpet wall and skirtings are filthy. When mentioned to manager he seemed genuinely shocked. But I have now checked other reviews and this is previously mentioned. Shower was so difficult to turn off I nearly had to call for assistance. "
