"Absolutely loved this resort! It is aesthetically pleasing and the E.B. Morgan house had the antique charm, which I have fallen in love with. We couldn’t get any spa services this time because of time constraints but plan to re-visit and get a spa service sometime soon. We loved the 1833 dining experience, all the items were amazing."

"Lovely home, beautiful view. Great separation of spaces for a group. Though the weather did not cooperate for us, the outdoor spaces are wonderful. We are used to the common FLX model of a split property with doc across the street, so this was no issue. Dock was beautiful. Great location on Cayuga. Fenced in yard is a unique bonus. "

"There were 8 girls for a wine tasting weekend. The property has four bedrooms each with a fireplace and two full bathes. No issues with all of us getting around. This property is beautiful with a gorgeous sunrise over Cayuga Lake. "

"Lotta House was such a nice get away. We went in December so was cold. But still so nice to be on the water. Plenty of winery’s still open. House was easy to enter. Very clean perfect for two couples. Easy communication. You won’t be disappointed. "

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful VRBO house, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how immaculate and well-maintained the property was. The house is spacious, clean, and thoughtfully appointed with everything you could need. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of supplies, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals at home. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the towels were soft and luxurious—such a nice touch! One of my favorite features was the wine swap shelf. It was such a unique and thoughtful idea! It was a fun way to try a new wine and leave a bottle for the next guests. It really made the stay feel extra special. Although I had initially thought the house was directly on the water, it is actually just across the street. However, this wasn’t an issue at all. We still enjoyed beautiful views and the peaceful atmosphere that comes with being so close to the water. It was a small mix-up on my part, but it certainly didn’t impact our stay. The host was also very attentive and reached out to make sure we arrived safely and that everything was going well, which I really appreciated. Overall, this house is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. I highly recommend it and would definitely return!"

"The house was absolutely gorgeous. Big open floor plan plenty of room for the eight of us that were there. The host was absolutely phenomenal as far as giving advice as to what was in the area along with knowledge of his house and even sent information prior to check-in. The check-in process was a breeze as we knew exactly what was going on before hand The house was immaculately clean, and you couldn’t ask for a more pleasant environment. I highly recommend you renting this place. You won’t be disappointed."

"My wife and I had our first trip to the Finger Lakes. We wanted a waterfront property and found this house available. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a great trip. Unfortunately the weather turned cold and rainy a few days so we only had one day to enjoy the back deck and the views. The property isn't in town and we liked that the area around it wasn't very populated. Nice and quiet stay. The property managers kept us informed on all matters and we didn't need them for anything but feel like they were available if we did."
