Frustrating that a baby class is in the water and the parents leave all their changing items on the beds as a dumping area, which is limited so there was lack of beds for people actually using them. It was the same same at other times, more beds/seats needed. Room was clean and pretty standard, was comfortable. Cleaned daily/towels replaced. Check in was friendly and explained everything. 10 minute walk to the centre (£3)...

"Came for the Christmas market, perfect little gem of a hotel, 8 minutes walk to market, lovely clean rooms, spa linked to hotel with 1 free use per day pre book required. Paid for a full body massage in spa so cheap at £42 for 50mins. Pool area was beautiful and tranquil. Staff extremely helpful, asked or extra coffee in room no problem, definitely stay again."
