Our week didn't go as planned for a handful of reasons, and we ended up spending a lot more time at the house than we intended. I was worried about the energy fees, housebound in winter as we were--but it wasn't bad at all. Under other circumstances, I doubt we'd have gone over. I think having everything itemized as it is with this property works out...
