"There is no staff or check-in area and signs are not well posted. Good thing I looked up google street view before getting there. Heat was inadequate and we slept in clothes and the sheets had stains on them. The bed was a worn out saggy mattress as are the sofas in the common area. There was no curtain so anyone with a window on the couryard could see through the thin sheer. The clothes wardrobe in our room was missing a door. We couldnt lock the door to the shower room so took turns watching...

"Beautiful classic European property in the most convenient location. Walk to everything! Nice breakfast! Cute mini courtyard, gym. Staff was polite and very friendly. "Hotel is well located and has got a nice little garden which is rare in the city- our child was delighed with swings and garden space. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Nice selection of Polish specialities, lovely bluberry brioche cake (ciasto z jagodami), so close to the market. 24h reveption. Water machine in the hallway was very handy! We had a double and our daugher a single bed, very comfortable. Nice garden view. Excellent if you need to walk to train station. Lots of small shops around...

"This hotel was right in the middle of the tourist area of Krakow. The room was very well maintained with AC and the hotel served great breakfast every day. The only part that could have been better was that there was no elevator and we were on the 5th floor so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs."
