All the ladies I had the opportunity to speak to at the reception were very friendly,polite I felt really welcomed, they asked me to make myself comfortable and if I needed anything, I should not hesitate to talk to them. On our second night I needed help because I had not bought milk for my 3-year-old daughter and they asked me to go to the restaurant without hesitation and I was immediately helped. In our room we found some treats for the children and for me, we were really happy. For our first time in Eindhoven, you guys really made our trip worthwhile. Spectacular breakfast, has everything. "Great location in walking distance of many city attractions. Very helpful staff. The room was big and comfortable. Only downside was the shower, which is in the room. It had semi see through glass. If you're traveling with friends and you're not comfortable being exposed, it can be tricky. We managed by taking turns in the shower while the other person went to the lobby/hangout area. Otherwise the place was great. Clean, comfortable, and it has luggage storage before and after check in/ out. "
