"Very comfortable hotels for those who has layover flights. A shuttle picks you up for free from the airport to the hotel. ( terminal 1, door A 5-6) They have a pub in the hotel with awesome food and beer. "

"The hotel was old and badly needs updating in terms of interiors. The elevators were beat-up looking. The bathrooms and rooms were spacious and clean but the furnishings were old. It seems only a piece or two of furniture here and there were reupholstered recently. The sheets were clean but scratchy with low thread count and the pillows although down feathers- was near empty/hollow. The closet pantry was well stocked but smelled awful (at least) in our room. "A lovely little find, not far from the airport and shops etc. The staff were lovely and very efficient . I had a minor issue in my room and the lady moved us straight away even though I said a few extra duvets would be fine. Great location to visit the markets and the choice of food around the area is good also. "

"The customer service for breakfast and lunch was great! Check in was great! We did get stuck in the garage for about 10minutes because no one would answer the intercom, we had to call them on the phone, slight inconvenience. Otherwise, this location was great."

"Business-Trip nach Heidelberg: hoch oben im Odenwald liegt das tolle neue Hotel, mit TOP-Service, super leckerem Frühstück (zB gibt es selbstgebackene Brötchen und Brot - heutzutage sehr selten), eine kleine aber feine Saune mit einem fantastischen Blick auf Heidelberg, im Zimmer einen Wasserkocher, Tresor, Kühlschrank. Die Rezeption war total nett! "

"I've stayed in NH hotels before and the value fir money is good. Rooms are spacious. This one even had a very nice restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The only issue I had was with the air condition thermostat. It seemed defective. The room was rather warm and uncomfortable during a hit summer day & night."
