"The hotel is well staffed and are always happy to help. The hotel and accommodation is very clean and is constantly kept clean. The pools are warm and relaxing. The Masai on the beach are warm and welcoming but can be a little full on at times, but hotel security are great at moving them along if you want to be left alone. The food and entertainment are fabulous and range if all inclusive drinks are great. Spoilt for choice with restaurants and food. I never go back to the same hotel, but this is one I would consider returning back to. "

"I really love this resort and I highly recommend it for anyone in USA hoping to vacation in Zanzibar Tanzania. I am from Houston, Texas and I have made VOI my vacation spot in Tanzania. This is my second time taking my fiance to this resort and I just love the hospitality you get once you step a foot into this resort. The manager was very awesome and the staffs are probably the best people you can ever meet in the world especial Massai Name Daniel whom I call my friend and Malik at the front desk whom I also consider as friend after meeting them twice in two years.. The entire staff are just wonderful. Food and drinks are great and the environment is very clean. The bar tenders are the best, The entertainment group were wonderful. You can not beat this all inclusive resort cos is a place you want to go back after visiting once. I just wanna say thanks to the Entire staffs and management for always making us feel special whenever we visit VOI. And I will forever cherish the treatment we get whenever we visit VOI. Thanks and God Bless each and everyone of you for all you do for all the visitors..My only regret is I did not get the chance to tip all the wonderful Chelfs in the cafeteria for all the good food the prepared for us. "I had a good birthday party there the only thing I didn’t like is people smoking in common areas some guests are not smokers the resort needs to find a designated area for smoking "

"We have just had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is huge but so tastefully done and built in a way that if you want to find quiet you can, if you want beach you can, if you want activties there are many on offer, it has something for everyone. The rooms are lovely and it is incredible to believe that you are in a country where so many people do not have power in their homes or running clean water and yet this hotel has 3 beautiful and immaculate pools, as well as numerous rooms with a swim up pool. We were fortunate to have one of these and loved it, it was so lovely. The staff need a special mention, nothing is ever too much trouble, they are just the lovliest of people and then there is the super animation team providing water aerobics, beach parties and volleyball for those who seek something to do. The hotel seems to be a destintaion in particulalry for French and Polish tourists and so there were both French and Polish speakers in the animation team, as well as English of course. This was a brilliant hotel. "
