"Just came back from a fabulous trip to this hotel. Lovely and clean and very well maintained- we were half board and the food was delicious and beautifully presented - they accommodated all our meal requests (we were 2 pescatarians and 2 non red meat eaters) so happily - as if it wasn’t an effort at all. Spa was lovely and we enjoyed the sauna steam thoroughly after we finished skiing for the day. It’s a quiet place so no nightlife, but it still suited us. Ski bus just around the side of hotel...

I was told the sad news at midnight and so the next morning I asked to check out and go home for the funeral. The manager - Mrs. Mathe insisted that I pay for the full week. It took a lot of convincing to reduce her to paying for one extra night. I felt it was rude and very insensitive. "Such a beautiful and very clean property in a stunning spot. It was convenient to get to and near Kitzbuel where we wanted to ski. The rooms are very nice and recently remodeled. So cute! Perfect get-away. "

"This was a great stay. We booked for the area and spa. Did not disappoint. Spa was very large and well appointed and attended. Room was amazing and spacious. Staff was excellent and made every effort to ensure we had anything we could possibly want. If I had to say anything less than great it would be the hours of the spa do not match the website and close early. "
